The COVID-19 pandemic has created ongoing operational, financial, staffing, and other workforce challenges for many employers and businesses. Rutgers University’s Voorhees Transportation Center Public Outreach and Engagement Team, together with North Jersey Partners and the Employers Association of New Jersey, offer this webinar to better understand the technical and other needs of small and mid-sized employers (private and non-profit), and also the pandemic’s real impacts on their businesses. This webinar features highlights from Understanding the Workforce Development Needs of Small and Mid-Sized New Jersey Employers, which included discussions with businesses and the considerations they face in addressing post-pandemic workforce needs and economic recovery.
