Together North Jersey and NJTPA are working with the U.S. Census Bureau to bring you a showcase of “Census Business Builder”, a new tool to help small business owners get data for the type of business they want to open.
“Census Business Builder” is a suite of services that provides selected demographic and economic data from the Census Bureau tailored to specific types of users in a simple to access and use format. This suite currently includes the Small Business Edition and a proposed Chamber of Commerce Edition, but will include other tailored editions in the future.
The U.S. Census Bureau will be hosting the workshop on April 27th in the NJTPA conference room. The workshop will begin promptly at 10:00am and end at 1:30pm. The workshop will demonstrate how users can select Census Bureau statistics to help support research into opening new businesses or expanding existing ones.
