DESCRIPTION:WATCH THE VIDEO OF THE WEBINAR HERE. \nLinks to PDF presentations from speakers are hyperlinked in the agenda below \nFood security exists when all people\, at all times\, have physical\, social and economic access to sufficient\, safe and nutritious food that meets their dietary needs and food preferences for an active and healthy life.  In 2022\, 1 in 12 households experienced food insecurity\, meaning 285\,000 New Jersey households did not have reliable access to affordable\, nutritious food\, and the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated already existing inequities in this area. Dr. Anette Freytag will discuss the concept of Strollology – the science of walking – to experience and identify the typical planning errors of a car-based society. This session provides an opportunity to ask questions about local initiatives or share ideas with other placemakers looking to implement projects.
