TOGETHER NORTH JERSEY is led by a 35-seat Steering Committee made up of partners from the public, NGO and private sectors. This group is charged with identifying goals to guide the planning and implementation process; establishing strategic direction and setting priorities for the Consortium; overseeing overall development of the RPSD, adopting the plan and amending the plan as needed; reviewing its membership periodically and consider membership changes; resolving conflicts between partners as needed; and monitoring progress toward plan implementation.
