The North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority has contracted with the Voorhees Transportation Center at Rutgers to update its Regional Coordinated Human Services Transportation Plan (CHSTP).  This plan identifies the transportation needs of seniors, low-income people, veterans and individuals with disabilities, and provides strategies for meeting those needs.  The plan is also used to prioritize funding for programs and services, and can be used to implement action on the ground.

As part of the research for developing this plan, they have created a survey to help collect feedback from individuals that would be impacted by this plan, such as seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities and low-income people.

The survey takes about 5-10 minutes and is available online in two languages – English and Spanish.

Please take a moment to help by forwarding this information to any person or organization in your network who could help us collect responses. We have attached survey flyers to this message, to assist with outreach. Their goal is to collect AT LEAST 200 responses from every county in the NJTPA Region (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, Warren).
